9:1

And2532 as Yahshua passed by3855, he saw1492 a man444 which was blind5185 from1537 his birth1079.

9:2

And2532 his846 disciples3101 asked2065 him846, saying3004, Master4461, who5101 did sin264, this man3778, or2228 his846 parents1118, that2443 he was born1080 blind5185?

9:3

Yahshua2424 answered611, Neither3777 hath264 this man3778 sinned264, nor3777 his846 parents1118: but235 that2443 the works2041 of Elohim2316 should be made manifest5319 in1722 him846.

9:4

I1691 must1163 work2038 the works2041 of him that sent3992 me3165, while2193 it is2076 day2250: the night3571 cometh2064, when3753 no man3762 can1410 work2038.

9:5

As long as3752 I am5600 in1722 the world2889, I am1510 the light5457 of the world2889.

9:6

When he had thus5023 spoken2036, he spat4429 on the ground5476, and2532 made4160 clay4081 of1537 the spittle4427, and2532 he anointed2025 the eyes3788 of the blind man5185 with the clay4081,

9:7

And2532 said2036 unto him846, Go5217, wash3538 in1519 the pool2861 of Siloam4611, (which3739 is by interpretation2059 Sent649.) He went his way565 therefore3767, and2532 washed3538, and2532 came2064 seeing991.

9:8

The neighbours1069 therefore3767, and2532 they which before4386 had seen2334 him846 that3754 he was2258 blind5185, said3004, Is2076 not3756 this3778 he that sat2521 and2532 begged4319?

9:9

Some243 said3004, This3778 is he2076: others243 said,3754 He is2076 like3664 him846: but he1565 said3004, I1473 am1510 he.

9:10

Therefore3767 said they3004 unto him846, How4459 were455 thine4675 eyes3788 opened455?

9:11

He1565 answered611 and2532 said2036, A man444 that is called3004 Yahshua2424 made4160 clay4081, and2532 anointed2025 mine3450 eyes3788, and2532 said2036 unto me3427, Go5217 to1519 the pool2861 of Siloam4611, and2532 wash3538: and1161 I went565 and2532 washed3538, and I received sight308.

9:12

Then3767 said they2036 unto him846, Where4226 is2076 he1565? He said3004, I know1492 not3756.

9:13

They brought71 to4314 the Pharisees5330 him846 that aforetime4218 was blind5185.

9:14

And1161 it was2258 the sabbath day4521 when3753 Yahshua2424 made4160 the clay4081, and2532 opened455 his846 eyes3788.

9:15

Then3767 again3825 the Pharisees5330 also2532 asked2065 him846 how4459 he had received his sight308. He said2036 unto them846, He put2007 clay4081 upon1909 mine3450 eyes3788, and2532 I washed3538, and2532 do see991.

9:16

Therefore3767 said3004 some5100 of1537 the Pharisees5330, This3778 man444 is2076 not3756 of3844 Elohim2316, because3754 he keepeth5083 not3756 the sabbath day4521. Others243 said3004, How4459 can1410 a man444 that is a sinner268 do4160 such5108 miracles4592? And2532 there was2258 a division4978 among1722 them846.

9:17

They say3004 unto the blind man5185 again3825, What5101 sayest3004 thou4771 of4012 him846, that3754 he hath opened455 thine4675 eyes3788? He said2036, He is2076 a prophet4396.

9:18

But3767 the Jews2453 did4100 not3756 believe4100 concerning4012 him846, that3754 he had been2258 blind5185, and2532 received his sight308, until2193 they called5455 the parents1118 of him846 that had received his sight308.

9:19

And2532 they asked2065 them846, saying3004, Is2076 this3778 your5216 son5207, who3739 ye5210 say3004 was born1080 blind5185? how4459 then3767 doth he991 now737 see991?

9:20

His846 parents1118 answered611 them846 and2532 said2036, We know1492 that3754 this3778 is2076 our2257 son5207, and2532 that3754 he was born1080 blind5185:

9:21

But1161 by what means4459 he991 now3568 seeth991, we know1492 not3756; or2228 who5101 hath opened455 his846 eyes3788, we2249 know1492 not3756: he846 is2192 of age2244; ask2065 him846: he846 shall speak2980 for4012 himself848.

9:22

These5023 words spake2036 his846 parents1118, because3754 they feared5399 the Jews2453: for1063 the Jews2453 had agreed4934 already2235, that2443 if1437 any man5100 did confess3670 that he846 was Messiah5547, he should be1096 put out of the synagogue656.

9:23

Therefore1223 said2036 his846 parents1118, 3754 He is2192 of age2244; ask2065 him846.

9:24

Then3767 again1208 called they5455 the man444 that3739 was2258 blind5185, and2532 said2036 unto him846, Give1325 Elohim2316 the praise1391: we2249 know1492 that3754 this3778 man444 is2076 a sinner268.

9:25

He1565 answered611 and2532 said2036, Whether1487 he be2076 a sinner268 or no, I know1492 not3756: one thing1520 I know1492, that3754, whereas I was5607 blind5185, now737 I see991.

9:26

Then1161 said they2036 to him846 again3825, What5101 did he4160 to thee4671? how4459 opened he455 thine4675 eyes3788?

9:27

He answered611 them846, I have told2036 you5213 already2235, and2532 ye did191 not3756 hear191: wherefore5101 would2309 ye hear191 it again3825? will3361 ye5210 also2532 be1096 his846 disciples3101?

9:28

Then3767 they reviled3058 him846, and2532 said2036, Thou4771 art1488 his1565 disciple3101; but1161 we2249 are2070 Moses'3475 disciples3101.

9:29

We2249 know1492 that3754 Elohim2316 spake2980 unto Moses3475: as for this1161 fellow, we know1492 not3756 from whence4159 he is2076.

9:30

The man444 answered611 and2532 said2036 unto them846, Why1063 herein1722 is2076 a marvellous thing2298, that3754 ye5210 know1492 not3756 from whence4159 he is2076, and2532 yet he hath opened455 mine3450 eyes3788.

9:31

Now1161 we know1492 that3754 Elohim2316 heareth191 not3756 sinners268: but235 if1437 any man5100 be5600 a worshipper of Elohim2318, and2532 doeth4160 his846 will2307, him5127 he heareth191.

9:32

Since1537 the world began165 was it191 not3756 heard191 that3754 any man5100 opened455 the eyes3788 of one that was born1080 blind5185.

9:33

If1508 this man3778 were2258 not1508 of3844 Elohim2316, he could1410 do4160 nothing3762.

9:34

They answered611 and2532 said2036 unto him846, Thou4771 wast1080 altogether3650 born1080 in1722 sins266, and2532 dost thou4771 teach1321 us2248? And2532 they cast1544 him846 out1854.

9:35

Yahshua2424 heard191 that3754 they had cast1544 him846 out1854; and2532 when he had found2147 him846, he said2036 unto him846, Dost4100 thou4771 believe4100 on1519 the Son5207 of Yahweh2316?

9:36

He1565 answered611 and2532 said2036, Who5101 is he2076, Master2962, that2443 I might believe4100 on1519 him846?

9:37

And1161 Yahshua2424 said2036 unto him846, Thou hast3708 both2532 seen3708 him846, and2532 it is2076 he1565 that talketh2980 with3326 thee4675.

9:38

And1161 he said5346, Master2962, I believe4100. And2532 he worshipped4352 him846.

9:39

And2532 Yahshua2424 said2036, For1519 judgment2917 I1473 am come2064 into1519 this5126 world2889, that2443 they which see991 not3361 might see991; and2532 that they which see991 might be made1096 blind5185.

9:40

And2532 some of1537 the Pharisees5330 which3588 were5607 with3326 him846 heard191 these words5023, and2532 said2036 unto him846, Are3361 we2249 blind5185 also2532?

9:41

Yahshua2424 said2036 unto them846, If1487 ye were2258 blind5185, ye should302 have2192 no3756 sin266: but1161 now3568 ye say3004, We see991; therefore3767 your5216 sin266 remaineth3306.
