And²⁵³² it came to pass¹⁰⁹⁶, as¹⁷²² he⁸⁴⁶ went²⁰⁶⁴ into¹⁵¹⁹ the house³⁶²⁴ of one⁵¹⁰⁰ of the chief⁷⁵⁸ Pharisees⁵³³⁰ to eat⁵³¹⁵ bread⁷⁴⁰ on the sabbath⁴⁵²¹ day, that²⁵³² they⁸⁴⁶ watched²²⁵⁸ him⁸⁴⁶.

And²⁵³², behold²⁴⁰⁰, there was²²⁵⁸ a certain⁵¹⁰⁰ man⁴⁴⁴ before¹⁷¹⁵ him⁸⁴⁶ which had the dropsy⁵²⁰³.

And²⁵³² Yahshua²⁴²⁴ answering⁶¹¹ spake²⁰³⁶ unto⁴³¹⁴ the lawyers³⁵⁴⁴ and²⁵³² Pharisees⁵³³⁰, saying³⁰⁰⁴, Is it¹⁴⁸⁷ lawful¹⁸³² to heal²³²³ on the sabbath day⁴⁵²¹?

And¹¹⁶¹ they held their peace²²⁷⁰. And²⁵³² he took¹⁹⁴⁹ him, and healed²³⁹⁰ him⁸⁴⁶, and²⁵³² let him go⁶³⁰;

And²⁵³² answered⁶¹¹ them⁴³¹⁴, saying²⁰³⁶, Which⁵¹⁰¹ of you⁵²¹⁶ shall have a donkey³⁶⁸⁸ or²²²⁸ an ox¹⁰¹⁶ fallen¹⁷⁰⁶ into¹⁵¹⁹ a pit⁵⁴²¹, and²⁵³² will³⁸⁵ not³⁷⁵⁶ straightway²¹¹² pull³⁸⁵ him⁸⁴⁶ out³⁸⁵ on¹⁷²² the sabbath⁴⁵²¹ day²²⁵⁰?

And²⁵³² they could²⁴⁸⁰ not³⁷⁵⁶ answer⁴⁷⁰ him⁸⁴⁶ again⁴⁷⁰ to⁴³¹⁴ these things⁵⁰²³.

And¹¹⁶¹ he put forth³⁰⁰⁴ a parable³⁸⁵⁰ to⁴³¹⁴ those which were bidden²⁵⁶⁴, when he marked¹⁹⁰⁷ how⁴⁴⁵⁹ they chose out¹⁵⁸⁶ the chief rooms⁴⁴¹¹; saying³⁰⁰⁴ unto⁴³¹⁴ them⁸⁴⁶,

When³⁷⁵² thou art bidden²⁵⁶⁴ of⁵²⁵⁹ any⁵¹⁰⁰ man to¹⁵¹⁹ a wedding¹⁰⁶², sit²⁶²⁵ not³³⁶¹ down²⁶²⁵ in¹⁵¹⁹ the highest room⁴⁴¹¹; lest³³⁷⁹ a more honourable man¹⁷⁸⁴ than thou⁴⁶⁷⁵ be⁵⁶⁰⁰ bidden²⁵⁶⁴ of⁵²⁵⁹ him⁸⁴⁶;

And²⁵³² he that bade²⁵⁶⁴ thee⁴⁵⁷¹ and²⁵³² him⁸⁴⁶ come²⁰⁶⁴ and say²⁰⁴⁶ to thee⁴⁶⁷¹, Give¹³²⁵ this man⁵¹²⁹ place⁵¹¹⁷; and²⁵³² thou begin⁷⁵⁶ with³³²⁶ shame¹⁵² to take²⁷²² the lowest²⁰⁷⁸ room⁵¹¹⁷.

But²³⁵ when³⁷⁵² thou art bidden²⁵⁶⁴, go⁴¹⁹⁸ and sit down³⁷⁷ in¹⁵¹⁹ the lowest²⁰⁷⁸ room⁵¹¹⁷; that²⁴⁴³ when³⁷⁵² he that bade²⁵⁶⁴ thee⁴⁵⁷¹ cometh²⁰⁶⁴, he may say²⁰³⁶ unto thee⁴⁶⁷¹, Friend⁵³⁸⁴, go up⁴³²⁰ higher⁵¹¹: then⁵¹¹⁹ shalt thou⁴⁶⁷¹ have²⁰⁷¹ worship¹³⁹¹ in the presence¹⁷⁹⁹ of them that sit at meat⁴⁸⁷³ with thee⁴⁶⁷¹.

For³⁷⁵⁴ whosoever³⁹⁵⁶ exalteth⁵³¹² himself¹⁴³⁸ shall be abased⁵⁰¹³; and²⁵³² he that humbleth⁵⁰¹³ himself¹⁴³⁸ shall be exalted⁵³¹².

Then¹¹⁶¹ said he³⁰⁰⁴ also²⁵³² to him that bade²⁵⁶⁴ him⁸⁴⁶, When³⁷⁵² thou makest⁴¹⁶⁰ a dinner⁷¹² or²²²⁸ a supper¹¹⁷³, call⁵⁴⁵⁵ not³³⁶¹ thy⁴⁶⁷⁵ friends⁵³⁸⁴, nor³³⁶⁶ thy⁴⁶⁷⁵ brethren⁸⁰, neither³³⁶⁶ thy⁴⁶⁷⁵ kinsmen⁴⁷⁷³, nor³³⁶⁶ thy rich⁴¹⁴⁵ neighbours¹⁰⁶⁹; lest³³⁷⁹ they⁸⁴⁶ also²⁵³² bid⁴⁷⁹ thee⁴⁵⁷¹ again⁴⁷⁹, and²⁵³² a recompence⁴⁶⁸ be made¹⁰⁹⁶ thee⁴⁶⁷¹.

But²³⁵ when³⁷⁵² thou makest⁴¹⁶⁰ a feast¹⁴⁰³, call²⁵⁶⁴ the poor⁴⁴³⁴, the maimed³⁷⁶, the lame⁵⁵⁶⁰, the blind⁵¹⁸⁵:

And²⁵³² thou shalt be²⁰⁷¹ blessed³¹⁰⁷; for³⁷⁵⁴ they cannot³⁷⁵⁶ recompense⁴⁶⁷ thee⁴⁶⁷¹: for¹⁰⁶³ thou⁴⁶⁷¹ shalt be recompensed⁴⁶⁷ at¹⁷²² the resurrection³⁸⁶ of the just¹³⁴².

And¹¹⁶¹ when one⁵¹⁰⁰ of them that sat at meat with him⁴⁸⁷³ heard¹⁹¹ these things⁵⁰²³, he said²⁰³⁶ unto him⁸⁴⁶, Blessed³¹⁰⁷ is he³⁷³⁹ that shall eat⁵³¹⁵ bread⁷⁴⁰ in¹⁷²² the kingdom⁹³² of Elohim²³¹⁶.

Then¹¹⁶¹ said he²⁰³⁶ unto him⁸⁴⁶, A certain⁵¹⁰⁰ man⁴⁴⁴ made⁴¹⁶⁰ a great³¹⁷³ supper¹¹⁷³, and²⁵³² bade²⁵⁶⁴ many⁴¹⁸³:

And²⁵³² sent⁶⁴⁹ his⁸⁴⁶ servant¹⁴⁰¹ at supper¹¹⁷³ time⁵⁶¹⁰ to say²⁰³⁶ to them that were bidden²⁵⁶⁴, Come²⁰⁶⁴; for³⁷⁵⁴ all things³⁹⁵⁶ are²⁰⁷⁶ now²²³⁵ ready²⁰⁹².

And²⁵³² they all³⁹⁵⁶ with⁵⁷⁵ one³³⁹¹ consent began⁷⁵⁶ to make excuse³⁸⁶⁸. The first⁴⁴¹³ said²⁰³⁶ unto him⁸⁴⁶, I have bought⁵⁹ a piece of ground⁶⁸, and²⁵³² I must²¹⁹² needs³¹⁸ go¹⁸³¹ and²⁵³² see¹⁴⁹² it⁸⁴⁶: I pray²⁰⁶⁵ thee⁴⁵⁷¹ have²¹⁹² me³¹⁶⁵ excused³⁸⁶⁸.

And²⁵³² another²⁰⁸⁷ said²⁰³⁶, I have bought⁵⁹ five⁴⁰⁰² yoke²²⁰¹ of oxen¹⁰¹⁶, and²⁵³² I go⁴¹⁹⁸ to prove¹³⁸¹ them⁸⁴⁶: I pray²⁰⁶⁵ thee⁴⁵⁷¹ have²¹⁹² me³¹⁶⁵ excused³⁸⁶⁸.

And²⁵³² another²⁰⁸⁷ said²⁰³⁶, I have married¹⁰⁶⁰ a wife¹¹³⁵, and²⁵³² therefore¹²²³ I cannot³⁷⁵⁶ come²⁰⁶⁴.

So²⁵³² that¹⁵⁶⁵ servant¹⁴⁰¹ came³⁸⁵⁴, and shewed⁵¹⁸ his⁸⁴⁶ master²⁹⁶² these things⁵⁰²³. Then⁵¹¹⁹ the master of the house³⁶¹⁷ being angry³⁷¹⁰ said²⁰³⁶ to his⁸⁴⁶ servant¹⁴⁰¹, Go out¹⁸³¹ quickly⁵⁰³⁰ into¹⁵¹⁹ the streets⁴¹¹³ and²⁵³² lanes⁴⁵⁰⁵ of the city⁴¹⁷², and²⁵³² bring in¹⁵²¹ hither⁵⁶⁰² the poor⁴⁴³⁴, and²⁵³² the maimed³⁷⁶, and²⁵³² the halt⁵⁵⁶⁰, and²⁵³² the blind⁵¹⁸⁵.

And²⁵³² the servant¹⁴⁰¹ said²⁰³⁶, Master²⁹⁶², it is done¹⁰⁹⁶ as⁵⁶¹³ thou hast commanded²⁰⁰⁴ and²⁵³² yet²⁰⁸⁹ there is²⁰⁷⁶ room⁵¹¹⁷.

And²⁵³² the master²⁹⁶² said²⁰³⁶ unto⁴³¹⁴ the servant¹⁴⁰¹, Go out¹⁸³¹ into¹⁵¹⁹ the highways³⁵⁹⁸ and²⁵³² hedges⁵⁴¹⁸, and²⁵³² compel³¹⁵ them to come in¹⁵²⁵, that²⁴⁴³ my³⁴⁵⁰ house³⁶²⁴ may be filled¹⁰⁷².

For¹⁰⁶³ I say³⁰⁰⁴ unto you⁵²¹³, That³⁷⁵⁴ none³⁷⁶² of those¹⁵⁶⁵ men⁴³⁵ which³⁵⁸⁸ were bidden²⁵⁶⁴ shall taste¹⁰⁸⁹ of my³⁴⁵⁰ supper¹¹⁷³.

And¹¹⁶¹ there went⁴⁸⁴⁸ great⁴¹⁸³ multitudes³⁷⁹³ with him⁸⁴⁶: and²⁵³² he turned⁴⁷⁶², and said²⁰³⁶ unto⁴³¹⁴ them⁸⁴⁶,

If any¹⁵³⁶ man come²⁰⁶⁴ to⁴³¹⁴ me³¹⁶⁵, and²⁵³² hate³⁴⁰⁴ not³⁷⁵⁶ his¹⁴³⁸ father³⁹⁶², and²⁵³² mother³³⁸⁴, and²⁵³² wife¹¹³⁵, and²⁵³² children⁵⁰⁴³, and²⁵³² brethren⁸⁰, and²⁵³² sisters⁷⁹, yea²⁰⁸⁹, and¹¹⁶¹ his own¹⁴³⁸ life⁵⁵⁹⁰ also²⁵³², he cannot³⁷⁵⁶ be¹⁵¹¹ my³⁴⁵⁰ disciple³¹⁰¹.

And²⁵³² whosoever³⁷⁴⁸ doth⁹⁴¹ not³⁷⁵⁶ bear⁹⁴¹ his⁸⁴⁶ stake⁴⁷¹⁶, and²⁵³² come²⁰⁶⁴ after³⁶⁹⁴ me³⁴⁵⁰, cannot³⁷⁵⁶ be¹⁵¹¹ my³⁴⁵⁰ disciple³¹⁰¹.

For¹⁰⁶³ which⁵¹⁰¹ of¹⁵³⁷ you⁵²¹⁶, intending²³⁰⁹ to build³⁶¹⁸ a tower⁴⁴⁴⁴, sitteth²⁵²³ not³⁷⁸⁰ down²⁵²³ first⁴⁴¹², and counteth⁵⁵⁸⁵ the cost¹¹⁶⁰, whether¹⁴⁸⁷ he have²¹⁹² sufficient to⁴³¹⁴ finish⁵³⁵ it?

Lest³³⁶³ haply³³⁷⁹, after he⁸⁴⁶ hath laid⁵⁰⁸⁷ the foundation²³¹⁰, and²⁵³² is²⁴⁸⁰ not³³⁶¹ able²⁴⁸⁰ to finish¹⁶¹⁵ it, all³⁹⁵⁶ that behold²³³⁴ it begin⁷⁵⁶ to mock¹⁷⁰² him⁸⁴⁶,

Saying³⁰⁰⁴, This³⁷⁵⁴ man⁴⁴⁴ began⁷⁵⁶ to build³⁶¹⁸, and²⁵³² was²⁴⁸⁰ not³⁷⁵⁶ able²⁴⁸⁰ to finish¹⁶¹⁵.

Or²²²⁸ what⁵¹⁰¹ king⁹³⁵, going⁴¹⁹⁸ to make⁴⁸²⁰ war⁴¹⁷¹ against¹⁵¹⁹ another²⁰⁸⁷ king⁹³⁵, sitteth²⁵²³ not³⁷⁸⁰ down²⁵²³ first⁴⁴¹², and consulteth¹⁰¹¹ whether¹⁴⁸⁷ he be²⁰⁷⁶ able¹⁴¹⁵ with¹⁷²² ten¹¹⁷⁶ thousand⁵⁵⁰⁵ to meet⁵²⁸ him that cometh²⁰⁶⁴ against¹⁹⁰⁹ him⁸⁴⁶ with³³²⁶ twenty¹⁵⁰¹ thousand⁵⁵⁰⁵?

Or else¹⁴⁹⁰, while the other⁸⁴⁶ is⁵⁶⁰⁷ yet²⁰⁸⁹ a great way off⁴²⁰⁶, he sendeth⁶⁴⁹ an ambassage⁴²⁴², and desireth²⁰⁶⁵ conditions⁴³¹⁴ of peace¹⁵¹⁵.

So³⁷⁷⁹ likewise³⁷⁶⁷, whosoever³⁹⁵⁶ he be of¹⁵³⁷ you⁵²¹⁶ that³⁷³⁹ forsaketh⁶⁵⁷ not³⁷⁵⁶ all³⁹⁵⁶ that he hath⁵²²⁴, he cannot³⁷⁵⁶ be¹⁵¹¹ my³⁴⁵⁰ disciple³¹⁰¹.

Salt²¹⁷ is good²⁵⁷⁰: but¹¹⁶¹ if¹⁴³⁷ the salt²¹⁷ have lost his savour³⁴⁷¹, wherewith¹⁷²² shall it be seasoned⁷⁴¹?

It is²⁰⁷⁶ neither³⁷⁷⁷ fit²¹¹¹ for¹⁵¹⁹ the land¹⁰⁹³, nor yet³⁷⁷⁷ for¹⁵¹⁹ the dunghill²⁸⁷⁴; but men cast⁹⁰⁶ it⁸⁴⁶ out¹⁸⁵⁴. He that hath²¹⁹² ears³⁷⁷⁵ to hear¹⁹¹, let him hear¹⁹¹.
