And¹¹⁶¹ it came to pass¹⁰⁹⁶, that after⁵⁶¹³ we²²⁴⁸ were gotten⁶⁴⁵ from⁵⁷⁵ them⁸⁴⁶, and had launched³²¹, we came²⁰⁶⁴ with a straight course²¹¹³ unto¹⁵¹⁹ Coos²⁹⁷², and¹¹⁶¹ the day following¹⁸³⁶ unto¹⁵¹⁹ Rhodes⁴⁴⁹⁹, and from thence²⁵⁴⁷ unto¹⁵¹⁹ Patara³⁹⁵⁹:

And²⁵³² finding²¹⁴⁷ a ship⁴¹⁴³ sailing over¹²⁷⁶ unto¹⁵¹⁹ Phenicia⁵⁴⁰³, we went aboard¹⁹¹⁰, and set forth³²¹.

Now¹¹⁶¹ when we had discovered³⁹⁸ Cyprus²⁹⁵⁴, ²⁵³² we left²⁶⁴¹ it⁸⁴⁶ on the left hand²¹⁷⁶, and sailed⁴¹²⁶ into¹⁵¹⁹ Syria⁴⁹⁴⁷, and²⁵³² landed²⁶⁰⁹ at¹⁵¹⁹ Tyre⁵¹⁸⁴: for¹⁰⁶³ there¹⁵⁶⁶ the ship⁴¹⁴³ was²²⁵⁸ to unlade⁶⁷⁰ her burden¹¹¹⁷.

And²⁵³² finding⁴²⁹ disciples³¹⁰¹, we tarried¹⁹⁶¹ there⁸⁴⁷ seven²⁰³³ days²²⁵⁰: who³⁷⁴⁸ said³⁰⁰⁴ to Paul³⁹⁷² through¹²²³ the Spirit⁴¹⁵¹, that he should³⁰⁵ not³³⁶¹ go up³⁰⁵ to¹⁵¹⁹ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹.

And¹¹⁶¹ when³⁷⁵³ we²²⁴⁸ had¹⁰⁹⁶ accomplished¹⁸²² those days²²⁵⁰, we departed¹⁸³¹ and went our way⁴¹⁹⁸; and they all³⁹⁵⁶ brought⁴³¹¹ us²²⁴⁸ on our way⁴³¹¹ with⁴⁸⁶² wives¹¹³⁵ and²⁵³² children⁵⁰⁴³, till²¹⁹³ we were out of¹⁸⁵⁴ the city⁴¹⁷²: and²⁵³² we kneeled down⁵⁰⁸⁷ on¹⁹⁰⁹ the shore¹²³, and prayed⁴³³⁶.

And²⁵³² when we had taken our leave⁷⁸² one of another²⁴⁰, we took¹⁹¹⁰ ship⁴¹⁴³; and¹¹⁶¹ they¹⁵⁶⁵ returned⁵²⁹⁰ home²³⁹⁸ again⁵²⁹⁰.

And¹¹⁶¹ when we²²⁴⁹ had finished¹²⁷⁴ our course⁴¹⁴⁴ from⁵⁷⁵ Tyre⁵¹⁸⁴, we came²⁶⁵⁸ to¹⁵¹⁹ Ptolemais⁴⁴²⁴, and²⁵³² saluted⁷⁸² the brethren⁸⁰, and abode³³⁰⁶ with³⁸⁴⁴ them⁸⁴⁶ one³³⁹¹ day²²⁵⁰.

And¹¹⁶¹ the next¹⁸⁸⁷ day we that were of⁴⁰¹² Paul's³⁹⁷² company⁴⁰¹² departed¹⁸³¹, and came²⁰⁶⁴ unto¹⁵¹⁹ Caesarea²⁵⁴²: and²⁵³² we entered¹⁵²⁵ into¹⁵¹⁹ the house³⁶²⁴ of Philip⁵³⁷⁶ the evangelist²⁰⁹⁹, which was⁵⁶⁰⁷ one of¹⁵³⁷ the seven²⁰³³; and abode³³⁰⁶ with³⁸⁴⁴ him⁸⁴⁶.

And¹¹⁶¹ the same man⁵¹²⁹ had²²⁵⁸ four⁵⁰⁶⁴ daughters²³⁶⁴, virgins³⁹³³, which did prophesy⁴³⁹⁵.

And¹¹⁶¹ as we²²⁵⁷ tarried¹⁹⁶¹ there many⁴¹¹⁹ days²²⁵⁰, there came down²⁷¹⁸ from⁵⁷⁵ Judaea²⁴⁴⁹ a certain⁵¹⁰⁰ prophet⁴³⁹⁶, named³⁶⁸⁶ Agabus¹³.

And²⁵³² when he was come²⁰⁶⁴ unto⁴³¹⁴ us²²⁴⁸, ²⁵³² he took¹⁴² Paul's³⁹⁷² girdle²²²³, and⁵⁰³⁷ bound¹²¹⁰ his own⁸⁴⁶ hands⁵⁴⁹⁵ and²⁵³² feet⁴²²⁸, and said²⁰³⁶, Thus³⁵⁹² saith³⁰⁰⁴ the Holy⁴⁰ Spirit⁴¹⁵¹, So³⁷⁷⁹ shall¹²¹⁰ the Jews²⁴⁵³ at¹⁷²² Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹ bind¹²¹⁰ the man⁴³⁵ that³⁷³⁹ owneth²⁰⁷⁶ this³⁷⁷⁸ girdle²²²³, and²⁵³² shall deliver³⁸⁶⁰ him into¹⁵¹⁹ the hands⁵⁴⁹⁵ of the Gentiles¹⁴⁸⁴.

And¹¹⁶¹ when⁵⁶¹³ we heard¹⁹¹ these things⁵⁰²³, both⁵⁰³⁷ we²²⁴⁹, and²⁵³² they of that place¹⁷⁸⁶, besought³⁸⁷⁰ him⁸⁴⁶ not³³⁶¹ to go up³⁰⁵ to¹⁵¹⁹ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹.

Then¹¹⁶¹ Paul³⁹⁷² answered⁶¹¹, What⁵¹⁰¹ mean ye⁴¹⁶⁰ to weep²⁷⁹⁹ and²⁵³² to break⁴⁹¹⁹ mine³⁴⁵⁰ heart²⁵⁸⁸? for¹⁰⁶³ I¹⁴⁷³ am²¹⁹² ready²⁰⁹³ not³⁷⁵⁶ to be bound¹²¹⁰ only³⁴⁴⁰, but²⁵³² also²³⁵ to die⁵⁹⁹ at¹⁵¹⁹ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹ for⁵²²⁸ the name³⁶⁸⁶ of the Sovereign²⁹⁶² Yahshua²⁴²⁴.

And¹¹⁶¹ when he⁸⁴⁶ would³⁹⁸² not³³⁶¹ be persuaded³⁹⁸², we ceased²²⁷⁰, saying²⁰³⁶, The will²³⁰⁷ of Yahweh²⁹⁶² be done¹⁰⁹⁶.

And¹¹⁶¹ after³³²⁶ those⁵⁰²⁵ days²²⁵⁰ we took up our carriages⁶⁴³, and went up³⁰⁵ to¹⁵¹⁹ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹.

There went⁴⁹⁰⁵ with⁴⁸⁶² us²²⁵⁴ also²⁵³² certain of the disciples³¹⁰¹ of⁵⁷⁵ Caesarea²⁵⁴², and brought⁷¹ with them³⁸⁴⁴ one⁵¹⁰⁰ Mnason³⁴¹⁶ of Cyprus²⁹⁵³, an old⁷⁴⁴ disciple³¹⁰¹, with whom³⁷³⁹ we should lodge³⁵⁷⁹.

And¹¹⁶¹ when we²²⁵⁷ were come¹⁰⁹⁶ to¹⁵¹⁹ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁴, the brethren⁸⁰ received¹²⁰⁹ us²²⁴⁸ gladly⁷⁸⁰.

And¹¹⁶¹ the day following¹⁹⁶⁶ Paul³⁹⁷² went in¹⁵²⁴ with⁴⁸⁶² us²²⁵⁴ unto⁴³¹⁴ James²³⁸⁵; and⁵⁰³⁷ all³⁹⁵⁶ the elders⁴²⁴⁵ were present³⁸⁵⁴.

And²⁵³² when he had saluted⁷⁸² them⁸⁴⁶, he declared¹⁸³⁴ particularly²⁵⁹⁶ what things³⁷³⁹ Elohim²³¹⁶ had wrought⁴¹⁶⁰ among¹⁷²² the Gentiles¹⁴⁸⁴ by¹²²³ his⁸⁴⁶ ministry¹²⁴⁸.

And¹¹⁶¹ when they heard¹⁹¹ it, they glorified¹³⁹² Yahweh²⁹⁶², and⁵⁰³⁷ said²⁰³⁶ unto him⁸⁴⁶, Thou seest²³³⁴, brother⁸⁰, how many⁴²¹⁴ thousands³⁴⁶¹ of Jews²⁴⁵³ there are¹⁵²⁶ which³⁵⁸⁸ believe⁴¹⁰⁰; and²⁵³² they are⁵²²⁵ all³⁹⁵⁶ zealous²²⁰⁷ of the law³⁵⁵¹:

Romans 10:2

And¹¹⁶¹ they are informed²⁷²⁷ of⁴⁰¹² thee⁴⁶⁷⁵, that³⁷⁵⁴ thou teachest¹³²¹ all³⁹⁵⁶ the Jews²⁴⁵³ which are among²⁵⁹⁶ the Gentiles¹⁴⁸⁴ to⁵⁷⁵ forsake⁶⁴⁶ Moses³⁴⁷⁵, saying³⁰⁰⁴ that they⁸⁴⁶ ought⁴⁰⁵⁹ not³³⁶¹ to circumcise⁴⁰⁵⁹ their children⁵⁰⁴³, neither³³⁶⁶ to walk⁴⁰⁴³ after the customs¹⁴⁸⁵.

1 Corinthians 7:19

What⁵¹⁰¹ is it²⁰⁷⁶ therefore³⁷⁶⁷? the multitude⁴¹²⁸ must¹¹⁶³ needs³⁸⁴³ come together⁴⁹⁰⁵: for¹⁰⁶³ they will hear¹⁹¹ that³⁷⁵⁴ thou art come²⁰⁶⁴.

Do⁴¹⁶⁰ therefore³⁷⁶⁷ this⁵¹²⁴ that³⁷³⁹ we say³⁰⁰⁴ to thee⁴⁶⁷¹: We²²⁵⁴ have¹⁵²⁶ four⁵⁰⁶⁴ men⁴³⁵ which have²¹⁷¹ a vow²¹⁹² on¹⁹⁰⁹ them¹⁴³⁸;

Numbers 6:2-10

Them⁵¹²⁸ take³⁸⁸⁰, and purify thyself⁴⁸ with⁴⁸⁶² them⁸⁴⁶, and²⁵³² be at charges¹¹⁵⁹ with¹⁹⁰⁹ them⁸⁴⁶, that²⁴⁴³ they may shave³⁵⁸⁷ their heads²⁷⁷⁶: and²⁵³² all³⁹⁵⁶ may know¹⁰⁹⁷ that those things³⁷⁵⁴, whereof³⁷³⁹ they were informed²⁷²⁷ concerning⁴⁰¹² thee⁴⁶⁷⁵, are²⁰⁷⁶ nothing³⁷⁶²; but²³⁵ that thou thyself⁸⁴⁶ also²⁵³² walkest orderly⁴⁷⁴⁸, and keepest⁵⁴⁴² the law³⁵⁵¹.

As¹¹⁶¹ touching⁴⁰¹² the Gentiles¹⁴⁸⁴ which believe⁴¹⁰⁰, we²²⁴⁹ have written¹⁹⁸⁹ and concluded²⁹¹⁹ that they⁸⁴⁶ observe⁵⁰⁸³ no³³⁶⁷ such thing⁵¹⁰⁸, save only¹⁵⁰⁸ that they keep⁵⁴⁴² themselves⁸⁴⁶ from⁵⁰³⁷ things offered to idols¹⁴⁹⁴, and²⁵³² from blood¹²⁹, and²⁵³² from strangled⁴¹⁵⁶, and²⁵³² from fornication⁴²⁰².

Then⁵¹¹⁹ Paul³⁹⁷² took³⁸⁸⁰ the men⁴³⁵, and the next²¹⁹² day²²⁵⁰ purifying himself⁴⁸ with⁴⁸⁶² them⁸⁴⁶ entered¹⁵²⁴ into¹⁵¹⁹ the temple²⁴¹¹, to signify¹²²⁹ the accomplishment¹⁶⁰⁴ of the days²²⁵⁰ of purification⁴⁹, until²¹⁹³ that³⁷³⁹ an offering⁴³⁷⁶ should be offered⁴³⁷⁴ for⁵²²⁸ every¹⁵³⁸ one¹⁵²⁰ of them⁸⁴⁶.

And¹¹⁶¹ when⁵⁶¹³ the seven²⁰³³ days²²⁵⁰ were almost³¹⁹⁵ ended⁴⁹³¹, the Jews²⁴⁵³ which were of⁵⁷⁵ Asia⁷⁷³, when they saw²³⁰⁰ him⁸⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² the temple²⁴¹¹, stirred up⁴⁷⁹⁷ all³⁹⁵⁶ the people³⁷⁹³, and²⁵³² laid¹⁹¹¹ hands⁵⁴⁹⁵ on¹⁹⁰⁹ him⁸⁴⁶,

Crying out²⁸⁹⁶, Men⁴³⁵ of Israel²⁴⁷⁵, help⁹⁹⁷: This³⁷⁷⁸ is²⁰⁷⁶ the man⁴⁴⁴, that teacheth¹³²¹ all³⁹⁵⁶ men every where³⁸³⁷ against²⁵⁹⁶ the people²⁹⁹², and²⁵³² the law³⁵⁵¹, and²⁵³² this⁵¹²⁶ place⁵¹¹⁷: and⁵⁰³⁷ further²⁰⁸⁹ brought¹⁵²¹ Greeks¹⁶⁷² also²⁵³² into¹⁵¹⁹ the temple²⁴¹¹, and²⁵³² hath polluted²⁸⁴⁰ this⁵¹²⁷ holy⁴⁰ place⁵¹¹⁷.

(For they had²²⁵⁸ seen before⁴³⁰⁸ with⁴⁸⁶² him⁸⁴⁶ in¹⁷²² the city⁴¹⁷² Trophimus⁵¹⁶¹ an Ephesian²¹⁸⁰, whom³⁷³⁹ they supposed³⁵⁴³ that³⁷⁵⁴ Paul³⁹⁷² had brought¹⁵²¹ into¹⁵¹⁹ the temple²⁴¹¹.)

And⁵⁰³⁷ all³⁶⁵⁰ the city⁴¹⁷² was moved²⁷⁹⁵, and²⁵³² the people²⁹⁹² ran together¹⁰⁹⁶ : and²⁵³² they took¹⁹⁴⁹ Paul³⁹⁷², and drew¹⁶⁷⁰ him⁸⁴⁶ out of¹⁸⁵⁴ the temple²⁴¹¹: and²⁵³² forthwith²¹¹² the doors²³⁷⁴ were shut²⁸⁰⁸.

And¹¹⁶¹ as they went about²²¹² to kill⁶¹⁵ him⁸⁴⁶, tidings⁵³³⁴ came³⁰⁵ unto the chief captain⁵⁵⁰⁶ of the band⁴⁶⁸⁶, that³⁷⁵⁴ all³⁶⁵⁰ Jerusalem²⁴¹⁹ was in an uproar⁴⁷⁹⁷.

Who³⁷³⁹ immediately¹⁸²⁴ took³⁸⁸⁰ soldiers⁴⁷⁵⁷ and²⁵³² centurions¹⁵⁴³, and ran down²⁷⁰¹ unto¹⁹⁰⁹ them⁸⁴⁶: and¹¹⁶¹ when they saw¹⁴⁹² the chief captain⁵⁵⁰⁶ and²⁵³² the soldiers⁴⁷⁵⁷, they left³⁹⁷³ beating⁵¹⁸⁰ of Paul³⁹⁷².

Then⁵¹¹⁹ the chief captain⁵⁵⁰⁶ came near¹⁴⁴⁸, and took¹⁹⁴⁹ him⁸⁴⁶, and²⁵³² commanded²⁷⁵³ him to be bound with¹²¹⁰ two¹⁴¹⁷ chains²⁵⁴; and²⁵³² demanded⁴⁴⁴¹ who⁵¹⁰¹ he was³⁰², and²⁵³² what⁵¹⁰¹ he had²⁰⁷⁶ done⁴¹⁶⁰.

And¹¹⁶¹ some²⁴³ cried⁹⁹⁴ one thing⁵¹⁰⁰, some another²⁴³, among¹⁷²² the multitude³⁷⁹³: and¹¹⁶¹ when he could¹⁴¹⁰ not³³⁶¹ know¹⁰⁹⁷ the certainty⁸⁰⁴ for¹²²³ the tumult²³⁵¹, he commanded²⁷⁵³ him⁸⁴⁶ to be carried⁷¹ into¹⁵¹⁹ the castle³⁹²⁵.

And¹¹⁶¹ when³⁷⁵³ he came¹⁰⁹⁶ upon¹⁹⁰⁹ the stairs³⁰⁴, so it was⁴⁸¹⁹, that he was borne⁹⁴¹ of⁵²⁵⁹ the soldiers⁴⁷⁵⁷ for¹²²³ the violence⁹⁷⁰ of the people³⁷⁹³.

For¹⁰⁶³ the multitude⁴¹²⁸ of the people²⁹⁹² followed after¹⁹⁰, crying²⁸⁹⁶, Away¹⁴² with him⁸⁴⁶.

And⁵⁰³⁷ as Paul³⁹⁷² was to be³¹⁹⁵ led¹⁵²¹ into¹⁵¹⁹ the castle³⁹²⁵, he said³⁰⁰⁴ unto the chief captain⁵⁵⁰⁶, May¹⁴⁸⁷ I³⁴²⁷ speak²⁰³⁶ unto⁴³¹⁴ thee⁴⁵⁷¹?¹¹⁶¹ Who³⁵⁸⁸ said⁵³⁴⁶, Canst thou speak¹⁰⁹⁷ Greek¹⁶⁷⁶?

Art¹⁴⁸⁸ not³⁷⁵⁶ thou⁴⁷⁷¹ that Egyptian¹²⁴, which before⁴²⁵³ these⁵¹³⁰ days²²⁵⁰ madest an uproar³⁸⁷, and²⁵³² leddest out¹⁸⁰⁶ into¹⁵¹⁹ the wilderness²⁰⁴⁸ four thousand⁵⁰⁷⁰ men⁴³⁵ that were murderers⁴⁶⁰⁷?

But¹¹⁶¹ Paul³⁹⁷² said²⁰³⁶, I¹⁴⁷³ am¹⁵¹⁰ a man⁴⁴⁴ which am a Jew²⁴⁵³ of Tarsus⁵⁰¹⁸, a city in Cilicia²⁷⁹¹, a citizen⁴¹⁷⁷ of no³⁷⁵⁶ mean⁷⁶⁷ city⁴¹⁷²: and¹¹⁶¹, I beseech¹¹⁸⁹ thee⁴⁶⁷⁵, suffer²⁰¹⁰ me³⁴²⁷ to speak²⁹⁸⁰ unto⁴³¹⁴ the people²⁹⁹².

And¹¹⁶¹ when he had given²⁰¹⁰ him⁸⁴⁶ licence²⁰¹⁰, Paul³⁹⁷² stood²⁴⁷⁶ on¹⁹⁰⁹ the stairs³⁰⁴, and beckoned²⁶⁷⁸ with the hand⁵⁴⁹⁵ unto the people²⁹⁹². And¹¹⁶¹ when there was made¹⁰⁹⁶ a great⁴¹⁸³ silence⁴⁶⁰², he spake⁴³⁷⁷ unto them in the Hebrew¹⁴⁴⁶ tongue¹²⁵⁸, saying³⁰⁰⁴,
